The live-action roleplay hosts about 40 players, much scheming and secrets, historical themes and a whole lotta occultism.\r\n\r\nContent warning: Hortus Obscurus includes elements of existential horror and lovecraftian mythos, heavy mental health topics and simulated threats of physical and mental violence. Characters might also have to face body horror and fear time-relevant diseases (e.g. measles). If these topics are uncomfortable to you, we suggest skipping this game.\r\n\r\nGenres: Cosmic horror, mystery, adventure, history\r\n\r\nHortus Obscurus will be played in Oulu Botanical Garden on the 7th of February 2026.\r\n\r\nThe fee for players is 40 euros; members of Studio Korppikela ry and OYY (Oulu University Students) 35 euros. The payments includes a meal.
